Still here - just.
Wednesday was rather emotional, though today (well Friday) was officially my last day at work I had to give everything back on Wednesday as my boss was off on a short break. So goodbye laptop, you served me well. Took me 4 hours to back up all the crap I had on it.
I can't really believe all that's happening right now but events in by life are so small in comparison to what's going on in the world at the moment. Who knows, maybe one day we'll all realise that we're living in this world together and stop fighting each other.
I'm hopeful for what Edinburgh has in store but am a bit scared that it all might turn to crap and I quit my job for nothing but you know me, I'm a gambler, and I don't want to be kicking myself for the rest of my life for not doing this.
Please be aware that from now on my posting frequency will become very sporadic whilst I do my best to find the time to post and an internet connection to do so. Feel free to text or even call me though.

Don't put in your pocket, where there's no way out...
No, it's the small things, not the big things that are really important!I just read an article in the Daily Mail (One of the most annoying papers ever, but), it had a really good article about Hiroshima and nuclear disarmament in it that I agreed with. I wish we'd just dismantle our nuclear weapons, we don't need or want them and I'd rather be blown up than use them to retaliate against anyone...I'm just sick of people killing other people.
Good look in Edinburgh though! I love starting new things!

I wish we'd just dismantle our nuclear weapons, we don't need or want themAh,but what if some evil dictator person PRETENDED to disarm all his nuclear weapons, and then used them on his enemies once THEY had got rid of their nuclear stuff? Then we'd be buggered.
I doubt any government is willing to take that chance.I guess you can only be thankful that most governments don't seem to be too willing to actually USE any big nuclear weapon, for fear of retaliation.
Meh.
7 rules of a Just War? What bollocks. And I'm thinking out loud again.
Bye!

I don't care, what would you rather have? A war where millions of people died or a war where double that number of people died? There a re no winners in nuclear wars, there are just very few survivors...July 30 2005, 18:22:04 UTC 6 years ago

Bah,forget about the world. There's ALWAYS something big happening in the world, and like Nath said,it's the little things that matter the most.Chaos theory, perhaps?
But..yeah,enjoy yourself and enjoy life!
